📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare, verify, and submit accurate customs declarations for imported and exported goods.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Manage and process customs declarations using SAP, Excel, and specialized customs declaration tools.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential customs-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customs declarations and related transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs declaration and international trade operations.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Customs Brokerage or International Trade (e.g., CBP, CITES, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and specialized customs declaration software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
