As a BIM Specialist - Revit at JFE Techno Manila, Inc., you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models for various projects, including MEP, Reinforced Concrete (RC), and Steel Structures. You'll use your expertise in Revit to create detailed and accurate models that serve as a reliable source of information throughout the project lifecycle. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit for MEP, RC, and Steel Structures projects.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date models by coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM models into the project workflow, promoting efficient communication and coordination.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, based on BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM models.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in BIM technology and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of BIM tools and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM and Revit, with a focus on MEP, RC, and Steel Structures.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including advanced features and workflows.
• Certification in BIM or Revit (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BIM Manager, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
