📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Process and record customer invoices, payments, and credit notes using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Follow up on overdue accounts, working with the sales team to resolve any issues.
• Prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivable, providing insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding their accounts.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounts receivable practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
