📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation, ensuring seamless, compliant, and efficient payroll processes.
• Maintain and optimize the Workday system, including regular updates and troubleshooting.
• Provide training and support to HR team members, ensuring they are proficient in using Workday for compensation and payroll tasks.
• Drive continuous improvement in compensation processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing best practices.
• Work closely with HR team members and business partners to ensure payroll and compensation strategies align with company goals and values.
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of Workday with other systems and processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payroll and compensation processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HR technology and industry best practices, sharing insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with a strong focus on Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
• Certification in Workday Core Compensation or Advanced Compensation is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintaining and optimizing HR systems, including payroll and compensation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
• Familiarity with payroll and compensation regulations and best practices in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
