📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Provide information about our products, services, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Support the outlet manager in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking products as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front of house or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
