📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows to support the agency's operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, implement, and test ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet the agency's needs and standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, components, and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and customizations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
