📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks,Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management,Prepare and present risk reports to senior management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management,Ensure all risk management processes are in line with company policies and procedures,Provide risk management training and support to team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Risk Operations or a similar role,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in risk management software and tools,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
