📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Promote products and services to potential customers through various channels.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales tools and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is preferred.
