PT Tunas Kencana is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and competitive compensation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist customers with product inquiries and sales.,Maintain inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities.,Assist with promotional activities and special events.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Familiarity with basic computer systems and software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to work remote and follow company policies.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.
