YIELD Cemerlang is looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are seeking individuals who are results-driven, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to grow their sales career.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect new sales leads through various channels such as online platforms, social media, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor and report sales performance, as well as market trends and competitor activities.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
