📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement and purchasing processes for interior design and fit-out projects.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best value for the company.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth procurement and purchasing operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and purchasing.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and purchasing, preferably in the interior design and fit-out industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes, software, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost-effective solutions.
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia.
