In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for helping customers understand and use our products effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user guides, manuals, and other types of technical documentation,Write and maintain API documentation,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development and IT concepts,Excellent writing and communication skills,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes
