Klinik Lestari Laundry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to oversee our operations in Lebak, Banten. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. This role offers an opportunity to manage a team, optimize store performance, and contribute to the growth of our laundry services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.,Manage and train a team of store staff to maintain excellent customer service and operational efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote and upsell laundry services to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or store management.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in management or customer service are a plus.
