📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing sales transactions and ensuring accuracy in financial records.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.,Training and supervising junior sales assistants and cashiers.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Generating regular sales reports and providing insights to management.,Promoting products and services to customers.,Managing cash handling and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
