• Source and select premium ingredients, both local and international, to ensure the best possible taste in every drink.
• Train and mentor junior mixologists, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with the bar manager to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, incorporating new ideas into our menu.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and bar areas.
• Manage inventory and ordering of bar supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-end cocktail bar.
• Proven ability to create and perfect innovative cocktail recipes.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in mixology or related field is a plus.
