📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize logistics processes.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators.
  • Provide guidance and support to the logistics team to achieve operational goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics teams and optimizing logistics processes.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and best practices in the logistics industry.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
