Cafe Anggi Store is looking for a Lead Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services. As the Lead Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of fleet coordinators, maintaining vehicle records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of fleet coordinators.,Maintain and update vehicle records and maintenance schedules.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics for timely maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and safety checks.,Manage and resolve any issues related to fleet operations.,Provide training and support to fleet coordinators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of coordinators.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
