📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the provision of direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assist in the maintenance of patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and team huddles to discuss patient care and operational issues.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.,Assist in the training and orientation of new staff members.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Basic knowledge of nursing principles and practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills for patient record documentation.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid nursing license or certification (if applicable).

🛠️ Keahlian
