📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle employee recruitment, training, and development.,Resolve conflicts and address employee issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of human resource management and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using office software and HR management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
