📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menus that align with our company's vision and customer preferences.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained kitchen.,Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.,Train and develop new staff members to meet the demands of the business.,Monitor food costs and ensure they are within budget.,Ensure all food preparation and service is in line with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to create and innovate new menu items.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
