📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online store to improve customer experience and drive sales.,Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and revenue.,Monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our online presence.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services online.,Ensure the website is secure and up-to-date with the latest e-commerce technologies.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the e-commerce industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.,Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.,Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English is a plus.
