📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and quality by following all health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain inventory of food items and kitchen supplies.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in kitchen inspections and audits.,Assist in planning and organizing kitchen schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.
