📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Maintain a clean and safe working environment,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Prepare and present reports on daily operations and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry,Proven track record of managing staff and improving performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control,Good knowledge of health and safety regulations,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
