📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.,Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates.,Ensure the safety of all personnel on the construction site.,Collaborate with the team to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project supervision.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
