📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Prepare and maintain food cost records and reports.,Participate in inventory management and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role.,Proven ability to manage and train kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
