We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Account Executive to join our team at Indonesia Insurance in Banjarmasin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving our sales targets.

As a Lead Account Executive, you will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, and with our client services team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop client relationships to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert these opportunities into sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on client activity and sales performance.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
  • Provide training and support to junior members of the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
