We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Hotel Umar Cafe & Coffee in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Plan and coordinate daily operations to meet business objectives and customer needs.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor staff attendance, performance, and conduct regular evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the hospitality or service industry.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and cost control principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (onsite and remote).,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
