📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Administer and update employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support HR decisions.
