• Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Optimize distribution routes and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
