📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products.,Manage a team of sales representatives and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent stockouts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and healthcare providers.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and meeting sales targets.,Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
